Shipping Information

Orders are shipped out on a weekly basis via USPS Priority. Upon shipping we'll send you a tracking number to keep an eye on your goods. The size of your box is based on weight and how many jars we're able to securely pack inside. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

All honey orders are non-refundable. Once our products leave our hands, we are no longer liable for any damage that occurs. We do our best to ensure your order has been packed and sealed to prevent any broken jars or spills. USPS provides a free $50 insurance should your goods arrive damaged. Please contact the nearest USPS office should anything tragic happen to your order. 

Non-perishable items may be returned at customer's expense.
